Birendra Kumar Das Institute of Education & Pharmaceutical Science was established in 2022 by the Birendra Kumar Das Educational and Charitable Trust. The institution was founded in memory of Late Mr. Birendra Kumar Das, a respected social reformer and strong supporter of education. The college aims to promote quality education and professional development in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. It is a self-financed institution committed to academic excellence and skill-based learning.

The institute is affiliated with the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development. It is also approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi to offer the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) course with an intake capacity of 60 students. The college provides modern infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, and a supportive learning environment. With experienced faculty and practical training, the institute focuses on developing competent pharmacy professionals.
