About Us

The Birendra Kumar Das Institute of Education (Pharmaceutical Science), was established in the year 2022 by the Birendra Kumar Das Educational and Charitable Trust in recognition to Mr. Birendra Kumar Das a social reformer and protagonist of Education. This self financed Institution is the brain-child of his son Mr. Bishnu Pada Das, the founder President of the College. This college is Affiliated to West Bengal State Council Of Technical & Vocational Education And Skill Development . Pharmacy Council Of India , New Delhi has also approved this college to conduct D.Pharm course with an intake of 60 students. The Govt. of West Bengal has also extended their permission in support of this institution. The college dreams to pave the path of enriched and quality education for future generations to shape society a better one.
This college is governed by Mr. Bishnu Pada Das , Director , Anandanagar Welfare Society.
Anandanagar Welfare Society , Howrah, WB was established in the year 2005, and very soon after starting its activities the society has established Surendralal Das Teachers’ Training College in the year 2005 . At present as per student strength Surendralal Das Teachers’ Training College is the Biggest Teachers’ Training College in the state of West Bengal . After that Kuntala Das College of Education , Jagadish Chandra Basu Sikshak Sikshan Mahavidyalaya, Darwin International School, Shree Ramkrishna Vivekananda Mission College of Juridical Studies (Law College), Jirania Law College, Tripura and Birendra Kumar Das Institute of Education (Pharmaceutical Science) were established one by one . The work of “The Bishnu” hospital and nursing college is under progress which will operate from the year 2023.
By holding the hands of Mr. Bishnu Pada Das , Director , Anandnagar Welfare Society , Howrah ,WB, The Government Degree College , Jirania , dreams to pave the path of enriched and quality education for future generations to shape society a better one.
